In the answering the question that chocolate just a junk food, first we have to know the properties of the chocolate. Dark chocolate that include:
  • Lowering blood pressure.
  • Can make people at ease and brings happy feeling.
  • Prevent premature aging that can occur due to pollution or radiation.
  • The chocolate was efficacious to make age a person becomes longer.
  • Can prevent the risk of heart disease and cancer.
  • Recent research suggests that cocoa may also have the benefits for treating stroke.


          Once we know the properties or types of chocolate, it turns to be very beneficial for health.
